Products

Your products live in one catalog shared by all your stores. You add a product once, then choose which stores sell it. Go to Products. You need the Manage products permission.

How many products you can have depends on your plan.

Add a product

1. Go to Products and add a new product.
2. Add photos: a Cover image and more in the Gallery.
3. Fill in the tabs, then choose Save. Use Save and add new to start the next one straight away.

Fill from photos

Add your photos first, then choose Fill from photos. AI reads the photos and fills in what it can, such as the name and details. Review everything before you save.

General

• Product name and Product description. Choose Generate description to write one with AI from the name, price, categories and attributes. Add an Extra instruction such as Please generate in Malay.
• Physical product or Digital product. A digital product has a Digital URL instead of shipping.
• Price. With variations, this is the Default price for any variation without its own.
• Dimensions & Weight, used for shipping quotes. Set them accurately: couriers charge extra for wrong weights.
• Categories and Tags, to organise your catalog.

Inventory

• SKU and Barcodes (GTIN, UPC, EAN, ISBN and more).
• Stock quantity per warehouse, and Stock status:
  • In stock: can be sold from all warehouses.
  • Out of stock: unavailable everywhere, even if a warehouse still has some.
• Sold individually: limits purchases to 1 per order.

For products that come in options such as size or colour. See Variants.

Tax

The product's SST type. Organization default uses the default set in Tax.

Sell a product in a store

Adding a product to the catalog doesn't put it in a store. To sell it:

1. Open the store and go to its Products.
2. Choose Add product, pick it from the catalog, and choose Add to store.

It uses the catalog price. In the store you can mark it Listed or Hidden, or Remove from store. These only affect that store.

Stock alerts

Products show Low stock or Out of stock in the list and on the product, so you know what to restock. See Warehouses.

Unpublish, archive or delete

From the product's menu:

• Unpublished: takes it off every store straight away. It stays in your catalog.
• Archive: takes it off every store and out of your active catalog. Unarchive brings it back; it stays off stores until you list it again.
• Delete product: removes it for good. This can't be undone.

If a product is live, saved changes show in the store as soon as you save.
