Warehouses

A warehouse is where you keep stock and ship from: a shop, a store room or your home. Its address is where couriers collect parcels and where shipping quotes start. Go to Warehouse. You need the Manage warehouses permission.

How many warehouses you can have depends on your plan.

Add a warehouse

1. Choose New warehouse.
2. Enter a Name, such as Main warehouse.
3. Enter the Address, Postcode, Country, State and City.
4. Check the pin on the map. It follows the address; click the map or drag the pin to put it exactly in the right place.
5. Add a Phone number and Email for couriers.
6. Choose Create warehouse.

Stock

Stock is counted per warehouse. Set each product's or variation's quantity in each warehouse on the product. The list shows each warehouse's products, variations and Stock alerts, and Products needing stock shows what's running low.

Stores and warehouses

Each store ships from one warehouse, set on the store's Warehouse page. The store's stock is read from it. Stores that pick the same warehouse share its stock.

Delete a warehouse

Delete warehouse unassigns it from stores that ship from it. Give those stores another warehouse so they can keep selling physical products.
