Customers

Customers lists the buyers from every store in your organization. A customer is added the first time they order.

The customer list​

Each row shows the customer's name, Email, Phone, the Stores they've bought from, their number of Orders, how much they've Spent and their Last order.

Narrow the list by:

  • Store
  • Purchases: One-time or Returning
  • Account: Has account or Guest
  • Last order: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Over 90 days ago

A customer's page​

Open a customer to see:

  • their Orders, total Spent and Avg. order;
  • their email and phone;
  • their Order history, with each order's status, date and amount;
  • the Addresses they've used.

Badges such as Returning and Top customer help you spot your regulars.

Tagging customers and recording their marketing preferences (email and WhatsApp updates) are coming soon. The examples you see there now are samples.
