Payments
Payment methods are how shoppers pay at checkout. You add them once for your organization, then choose which ones each store offers. You need the Manage payments permission.
Kinds of payment method

| Cash on delivery (COD) | In cash when the order arrives. | |
| Manual | However you agree with them. You mark the order as paid yourself. |
Add a payment method
- Go to Settings › Configuration › Payments and choose New payment method.
- Pick the Type, and give it a Label you'll recognise.
- Fill in its details:
- Bank Transfer: your bank, account name and account number. You can add a DuitNow QR image (PNG, JPEG or WebP) for shoppers to scan.
- Manual: optional instructions shown to shoppers.
- Gateway: the keys from your gateway account. See Integration.
- Choose Create payment method.
The Payments list shows each method, its gateway, the stores it's on and whether it's Enabled.
Turn methods on for a store
- Open the store and go to Payment Methods.
- Turn on the methods this store offers.
- If you turn on gateways, choose one as Primary and, optionally, one as Fallback. A store can have at most one of each.
Shoppers see every method you turn on. The primary gateway is listed first and picked by default. Changes here only affect this store.
Delete a payment method
Turn it off in every store first, then delete it from Payments.
