Payments by Gerai Digital
Take FPX and card payments without signing up for a payment gateway. Shoppers pay Gerai Digital, the money is added to your balance, and you ask for it to be paid out to your bank.
A small payment processing fee applies to each payment. We never take a commission.
Before you apply
- Your organization must be verified. Gerai Digital only pays out to verified businesses.
- You need a bank account in your business's name for payouts.
Apply
- Go to Settings › Configuration › Payments and choose New payment method.
- Under Gerai Digital, pick Payments by Gerai Digital.
- Enter the bank account to pay out to: bank, account name and account number.
- Choose Apply.
We check your details and email you. Its status shows on the Payments by Gerai Digital row in Payments:

| In review | We're checking your details. |
| Approved | You can turn it on for your stores. |
| Not approved | The reason is shown. Fix it and choose Apply again. |
| Paused | Paused by Gerai Digital. The reason is shown, and your stores' other methods carry on. |
Once approved, open each store, go to Payment Methods and turn on Payments by Gerai Digital.
Getting paid
- A sale is added to your balance as pending, and becomes available once its order is completed.
- Ask for a payout of your available balance at any time, from RM 50. We don't pay out automatically.

Refunds and chargebacks
When you refund an order, we refund the shopper and deduct the amount from your balance. The processing fee isn't returned. If a shopper's bank reverses a payment, the amount and the provider's fee are deducted from your balance. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
