Settlements
Your balance with Gerai Digital: sales from Payments by Gerai Digital, top-ups, and costs such as Shipping by Gerai Digital. Go to Settings › Settlement.
Payments through your own gateway, bank transfer or cash on delivery go straight to you and don't appear here.
Your balance
| What it is | |

| Available | Can be paid out to your bank. |
| Pending | Sales from orders that aren't completed yet. |
| Total | Available and pending together. Shipping by Gerai Digital pays couriers from this. |
A sale stays Pending until the order is completed, then becomes Available.
Payout bank account
Choose Add bank account and enter the bank, account name and account number Gerai Digital should pay you into. Use Change to update it.
Request a payout
- Choose Request payout.
- Enter the amount, at least RM 50, up to your available balance.
- Confirm.
Payouts are only made when you ask. Each payout is checked and approved by our finance team, then paid by a different person, and shows its status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Requested | Waiting for approval. |
| Approved | Approved and being paid. |
| Paid | Sent to your bank. The bank reference is shown. |
| Rejected | Not paid. The reason is shown, and the amount stays in your balance. |
Top up
If you use Shipping by Gerai Digital without Payments by Gerai Digital, top up your balance to pay for shipments.
- Choose Top up your balance.
- Enter an amount, at least RM 20.
- Choose Continue to payment and pay by card through Stripe.
Top-ups are final and can't be refunded. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Activity
Every movement in your balance is listed under Activity: sales, processing fees, refunds, shipping, top-ups, payouts and adjustments. Filter it to find a payment.
