Shipping
Shipping providers quote delivery fees at checkout and book your parcels. You add them once for your organization, then choose which ones each store uses. You need the Manage shipping permission.
Ways to deliver
| Kind | Provider | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Gerai Digital | Shipping by Gerai Digital | Our couriers, paid from your balance. No courier account needed. |
| Third-party | DelyvaNow, EasyParcel | Your own courier account. |
| General | Own delivery | You deliver yourself, at a fee you set. |
Shoppers can also always choose Self pickup and collect from your store's warehouse address, unless they pay cash on delivery.
Add a shipping provider
- Go to Settings › Configuration › Shipping and choose New shipping provider.
- Pick the Provider and give it a Label.
- Fill in its details:
- Own delivery: your Delivery fee (RM), an optional Free delivery above (RM), and an optional Delivery time shoppers see, such as Same day or 1–2 days.
- Courier: see Integration.
- Choose Create shipping provider.
The Shipping list shows each provider, the stores it's on, whether it's Enabled, and for couriers whether Live updates are connected.
Turn shipping on for a store
- Make sure the store has a Warehouse. Orders ship from it, and quotes start from its address.
- Open the store and go to Shipping.
- Turn on the providers this store uses. Set one courier as Primary and, optionally, one as Fallback.
Changes here only affect this store.
Delete a provider
Delete it from Shipping. Stores using it are unassigned, so check they still have a way to deliver.
