Live updates

Couriers report each parcel's progress back to Gerai Digital, so orders move to shipped and delivered on their own and shoppers get tracking emails. The Live updates column in Shipping shows Connected when this is working. If it shows Not connected, hover over it to see why. Delivery statuses won't update until it's fixed.
