Shipping by Gerai Digital
Ship from your own warehouse with Gerai Digital's couriers, without signing up to a courier platform. Each parcel is paid from your Gerai Digital balance when it's booked.
Before you start
Your organization must be verified.
Turn it on
- Go to Settings › Configuration › Shipping and choose New shipping provider.
- Under Gerai Digital, pick Shipping by Gerai Digital and choose Turn on.
- Open each store that should use it, go to Shipping and turn it on.
- Make sure your balance can cover your bookings.
Paying for shipments
The shipping cost, plus any margin shown when you book, is deducted from your balance when you book:
- With Payments by Gerai Digital: it comes out of your sales.
- Without it: top up your balance first, from RM 20.
Once a shipment is booked, its cost isn't refunded, even if you cancel the booking. If the courier charges more, for example for a wrong weight or a returned parcel, the extra is deducted too.
Lost or damaged parcels
Email hello@chelevenild.my as soon as you know, with the order number and photos. Courier claim windows can be just a few days. We file the claim and add what the courier pays to your balance. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
