Activity logs

Activity logs record changes in your organization: who made them, what changed, and when. Only your organization can see its own logs.

Go to Settings › Team › Activity Logs. You need the View activity logs permission.

Reading the log

Each entry shows When it happened, who did it (or System for automatic changes), the Action and the Record it changed. Open an entry to see the values Before and After the change.

Narrow the list by Action, Record type or When: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Older.

How many entries are kept

Your plan sets how many recent entries you can see:
