Notifications
Your store emails shoppers as their order moves along. Each email has a ready-made default, and you can write your own for any store.
Open the store and go to Notifications. You need the Manage notifications permission to change them.
The emails

The Order magic link email lets a shopper open their order page without an account.
Change an email
- Find the email and choose Edit notification.
- Change the Subject and Body.
- Choose Save.
Saving makes a Custom copy for this store. Other stores keep the Default. To stop sending an email, turn Email off.
Your own notifications
Updates for you and your team, such as new orders, verification and billing, appear under the bell in your dashboard. Members with Receive order notifications also get an email for each new order.
