Your order page
After you order, we email you a confirmation. It links to your order page, which always shows your order's latest status.
When it ships
We email you when your order is shipped, with the courier and tracking number. Use them on the courier's website to follow your parcel.
How soon an order ships depends on the store. Check the product page or the store's own policy, especially for pre-orders or made-to-order items.
How long delivery takes
The delivery times shown at checkout are the courier's estimates. Deliveries to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan usually take longer than to Peninsular Malaysia. Public holidays, sales seasons, weather and remote areas can add time.
Stores deliver only within Malaysia.
Self pickup
If you chose self pickup:
- Wait for the email saying your order is ready for pickup.
- Collect it from the pickup address shown in the email.
- Bring your order number. The store may ask for identification, or you can send someone you name.
